Legal Practice Experience
Mr. Guenther has extensive experience in all types of civil litigation. Mr.
Guenther has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar
since 2004. Mr. Guenther has handled a variety of cases for both
Plaintiffs and Defendants from inception through mediation and trial. Mr.
Guenther was selected by Super Lawyers in 2006. Prior to his practice as a
Civil Trial Lawyer Mr. Guenther was an Assistant State Attorney for the
20th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Mr. Guenther has handled a wide variety of cases including insurance
disputes, insurance coverage, bad faith, personal injury and wrongful death
among others. He has also handled cases involving property damage and loss
resulting from storms.

Born: Fairfield, California, November 6, 1968; admitted to
Florida Bar, May 5, 1995. Admitted to practice before all Florida courts,
United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of
Appeals, 11th Circuit, United States Supreme Court; Certified Circuit
Court Mediator for all Circuits in Florida.
Personal: Mr. Guenther has three children and currently serves
on his church’s parish council.
